Food was delish but service was quite slow and food was pricey.

Many years of travel through regional centres in Australia had left me despairing of the lack of good traditional Thai food outside of Sydney. That's until now! Mekong provides all the old faves and some delicious specials with flair and true Thai flavours. The few negative reviews are clearly from people who would be better suited dining at your average Thai with no chilli and sickly sweet sugar overload. True Thai in Port Macquarie lives in Mekong Restaurant.
