  Not too impressed tonight. Have been coming to this franchise for years and never had a hassle. However tonight my sister was served a flat cold meat patty not once but twice tonight. The saving feature of the night was the level of professionalism of the two waitresses who could do nothing more to help with the situation. Was very disappointed that a member of the kitchen staff could not come out to make the apology as it was their area that let the whole night down. Has definitely put a dampener on the experience and will think twice before returning. Only reason we would go back is due to the excellent service of the two waitresses.

  Always friendly and helpful service at HB. Many places could learn from this. Food is always reliable and good.

  Not a pleasant experience! Our waiter Sam (male) was in our face moments after we sat down. The background music was far too loud. My fish and chips had more breadcrumbs than fish. The chips were barely warm enough. I ordered white wine and red arrived. Both bottles having been opened elsewhere, could have been anything. My partner ordered barramundi and it was okay. Ian
